    • Hi Judy,The painting is a memory of mine.  I spent a lot of time walking on the beach in Pismo and Shell Beach.  I also spent a lot of time riding horses on the beach in Pismo, so I miss it and think of it a lot.  The painting was done using only a palette knife, no brushes.  Anyway, hope you are both doing well and we think of you often.Jim & LaVonneP.S.
